The room was extremely clean. Great location, about 15 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge and close to the trains station. Also, Everything was good accept internet
-
i was very dissapointed!!! first of all photos are very misleading for this hotel !!!second of all the stuff wasnt helpfull at all..when i asked for the tele commande they said at first at they cant do anything because maybe somebody took it..and when i insisted they were ironic...the room was very very poor for the money we gave..its not 3 stars!!!! the only good thing was the breakfast..
bad reception, small rooms, not that clean..cold at night....i dont recommend it!!!!!
-
Clean. Close to bus & train - easy to get. 1700 m. from San Marco square.
Breakfast is very poor due to money paid.

I really like the location. It was easy to find and close to major sights. Also there was an amazing bar just down the street that was delicious.
I did not like the breakfast. It really wasn't that great. Also our bedding was very old and needed to be replaced. The sheets were clean but that was about it. The room really needed an update.

Absolutely nothing!!!
Firstly I would like to say Venice is beautiful and I loved it but it was spoilt by staying at this hotel. The rooms do not look like they are in the photos much more old and dated and they are fallong apart. The hotel staff are very rude and try to over charge you for using internet facilities. The 'American' breakfast is not American it is merely a yoghurt and hard bread that I noticed is left out overnight, and if you dont like Nutella on toast then you have no breakfast.I Stayed there for 2 nights and on the 2nd the hotel had a power cut, reported this, the guy came up with a lighter to look at the fuse box so we sat in darkness for the next hour. On our checkout -no apology no gesture of goodwill-THEN 'he demands to be paid in cash!!!
-
Nice location of hotel and very quiet surrounding. Breakfast was not so good but was ok. Staff at reception was very helpful and provided all the information needed.
-
The room was just ugly, air con system was unusable at night because of the noise (so you had to choose between sleeping with the window open and be eaten alive by mosquitos or to sweat all night...). Room service staff with no manners.
-
The location, staff, breakfast.
Dark room, expensiv internet acces (2 euro for 15 min in the lobby)
-
Very thin walls, not enough informed in front office. breakfast cold improved more-
-
Very helpful receptionist.
Tiny little room. Very dissapointing breakfast that didn't include any fruit. There was nothing on the buffet table that my daughter could eat. It does not make a lot of sense to have to out to buy a breakfast in town when one is supposed to be provided. For me, I don't particularly like salt on anything. For a hotel to add salt to everything is unacceptable.
-
Location and price-benefit ratio.
The breakfest was really poor, no vegetable, really poor continental breakfest.
-
The staff was very nice and welcoming and very accommodating to our departure time.
Our room was being renovated while we were staying, there were workers outside our bedroom window all morning and day long. The pictures of the room made it appear much larger than in real life, and there was mold growing in the corners of the room.

Graet Location. Helpfull Staff
Breakfast !!!!!!!!!. Worst selection I have ever seen at any hotel any where in the world. The bits of bread that were provided where even stale.!!!!!!
-
Coffee machine in the reception area
Hairdryer - can you really call that a hairdryer. The signs of the hotel is not Albergo Basilea we got lost.......
-
It is within reasonable walking distant from the railway station.
Some of the room facilities were not working and there are mosquitos in the room and the hotel staff was not helpful in getting rid of the mosquitos. The staff was also not interested to getting the facilities working. Breakfast was very basic.
